Formerly De Paul Treatment Centers, our long-standing relationships with the area’s most caring providers result from mutual trust and a reputation built on our commitment to offering the full continuum of care. We offer personalized treatment plans and exceptional services and amenities that result in high patient satisfaction rates and program completion rates well above the national average.

Our new adult treatment center in SE Portland’s Gateway District is purpose-built to support whole-person care and elevate the patient experience. The relocation of our adult services from downtown Portland to our new campus allows us to increase access to life-saving services and supports health equity. This enables us to serve patients with mobility challenges and those needing Medically Monitored 3.7 level residential treatment.

The treatment programs at Fora Health have been CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited since 2001. We hold ourselves to the highest standard possible. This is evidenced by CARF awarding Fora Health the highest designation a substance use treatment facility can receive.

Affordable

Fora Health provides our communities with affordable access to high-quality drug and alcohol treatment. 82% of our patients are Medicaid clients, and we offer sliding scale fees to support patients facing financial barriers.
