Yes, this is personal. So our counselors work one-on-one with each patient to understand their individual needs before creating a treatment plan that’s right for them.
Treatment is the first step in recovery. We work with every patient to design a tailored program that provides them with the tools they need for true and lasting change.
Recovery begins with a call.
Withdrawal Management (Detox)
Patients seeking walk-in detox must enroll in person at our location on 10230 SE Cherry Blossom Drive, Portland, OR 97216. Get directions, find walk-in hours and know what to and what not to bring.
We accept most insurance, including the Oregon Health Plan. See our Payment Options for accepted insurers and info about payment plans and financial assistance.
Withdrawal Management (Detox)
Sustained substance use prompts unhealthy changes in the body, leading to severe—and sometimes life-threatening—symptoms when that use is ended. Withdrawal Management, commonly referred to as “detox”, provides around-the-clock inpatient care for safely helping people through the process of withdrawal in a caring environment designed to ensure the support they need.
For patients with moderate-to-severe substance use disorders, our Residential Treatment program is proven effective at providing supportive, in-depth, in-person care. Because it is so comprehensive, we call it “wrap-around care”. Residential treatment offers every patient the opportunity to focus on their personal recovery in a caring environment that builds resilience, and hones necessary skills.
Medically Monitored Treatment
Medically Monitored Treatment serves people with a substance use disorder and co-occurring severe medical or psychiatric care needs. This is a 24-hour evaluation, care, and treatment protocol also known as 3.7 on the ASAM Levels of Care. We are grateful to have the specialty skills and staff to provide excellent care for these patients who often struggle to find substance use treatment in traditional programs.
Medications save lives and help people rebuild their lives by reducing withdrawal symptoms and cravings. Our experienced medical team is available to discuss medication options and find what medications would be best for each person's recovery journey.
Our Outpatient program delivers a highly effective combination of one-on-one and group counseling, as well as access to specialty services such as Family Therapy and Peer Mentor Services. Treatment plans are personalized to provide the most appropriate support, flexible hours, and individual offerings. Outpatient services are offered at both our Downtown Portland and Hillsboro locations and virtual sessions are available.
DUII Compliance Services
Fora Health is a certified provider of DUII Diversion and Conviction compliance for the state of Oregon and we may also assist with out-of-state violations. If you have been referred to these programs, please contact us today to address the steps necessary to get started. DUII services are available at both our Downtown Portland and Hillsboro locations.
