Fora Health held its 22nd Annual Freedom Awards celebration on Thursday, April 28th, 2022 at the Sentinel Hotel in Portland. More than 200 supporters attended the joyous celebration both virtually and in person.

After considerable thought and evaluation, the Fora Health Board of Directors with the support of senior management has made the decision to discontinue providing youth residential treatment services.

Situated in the Gateway District of Southeast Portland, the two-story, 53,000 square foot facility supports 70 adult residential treatment beds, treating patients in gendered programs where they identify, 24 medical withdrawal management (detox) beds, designated space for peer and family counseling services, and capacity to serve 920 individuals in outpatient therapy at a time.
