Working Together
Why Fora Health?
Quality Treatment
Our drug and alcohol treatment services are evidence-based and trauma-informed. Our leadership are experts dedicated to refining programs and process to achieve the best treatment outcomes. This manifests in our wealth of wraparound services such as Family Therapy, Case Management, Peer Recovery Mentors, and activities and amenities that support recovery and well-being.
CARF Accredited
The treatment programs at Fora Health have been CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited since 2001. We hold ourselves to the highest standard possible. This is evidenced by CARF awarding Fora Health the highest designation a substance use treatment facility can receive.
Affordable
Fora Health provides our communities with affordable access to high-quality drug and alcohol treatment. 82% of our patients are Medicaid clients, and we offer sliding scale fees to support patients facing financial barriers.
Continuum of Care
Fora Health provides the full continuum of care, meeting patients where they are and supporting them from one level of treatment to the next. Our caring and compassionate staff ensures patients have the tools they need to start their recovery and plan for life after managed care.
Health Equity
Fora Health offers culturally responsive programs that support the diverse life experiences of our patients and staff.
