Walk-In Withdrawal Management (Detox) Admission Process

Individuals seeking withdrawal management (commonly called detox) should arrive by 7:30 am Monday through Saturday at our facility at 10230 SE Cherry Blossom Dr., Portland, OR 97216.  Saturdays we are only able to accept OHP patients.

Withdrawal Management patients will be admitted after a brief triage, with all those presenting on time given equal consideration for a bed. There is no guarantee of admittance; it depends on bed availability and individual medical evaluation.

We accept the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and most other insurance providers.* Saturdays we are only able to accept OHP patients.

*If you are privately insured OR living outside the Clackamas, Multnomah or Washington County areas and are seeking withdrawal management services, please call us at (503) 535-1151 Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. before arriving at the facility for enrollment.

Medications for Addiction Treatment (MAT) Hours

To enroll in our Medications for Addiction Treatment (MAT) program, we will need to connect you with one of our care team members to complete an assessment post-withdrawal management during these hours:

Same Day Walk-In Outpatient Assessments 

To get established in our Outpatient care, individuals interested in enrolling in care can arrive onsite during walk-in hours to start the enrollment process which will include an assessment and assignment to an Addiction Counselor at the SE Portland or Hillsboro location.

Enrollment Walk-In Hours*:

Tuesdays:  2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Thursdays: 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m                                                                                  Fridays: 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.                                                                                  (Friday hours start August 9, 2024-Cherry Blossom location only)

*Expect a minimum 2.5 hour appointment.  There may be additional wait time.

Individuals can call (503) 535-1151 during regular business hours to speak to a patient support associate for additional information.
