Peter Papp

Peter Papp is the Director of Human Resources at Fora Health. In this role, Peter oversees all aspects of the Human Resources team.  Peter has proven success in creating a culture of collaboration and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence. Peter possesses experience in several aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, employee training, incentives, benefits, and payroll. He has a track record of coaching in the areas of transformational leadership, team building, and managing change.

Peter started his career in New York City for large multifaceted retail companies such as Disney, and Target.  He later worked for a start-up organization EventNetwork a leading retail operator for non-for-profit cultural attractions as Director of Retail Operation. Peter relocated to Oregon with Tillamook, as Direct of Guest Experience, Peter’s focus then turned toward Human Resource, as a SHRM member he continues to leverage strong connections to effect Fora Health’s people operations.  In his spare time, Peter enjoys spending time outdoors with family and has been very fortunate to be an avid traveler.
