Medical Operations Director
Marcy Hager serves as the Medical Operations Director at Fora Health Treatment & Recovery, where she oversees the strategy and execution of medical programs across the organization. In this role, she collaborates closely with clinical and operational teams to enhance workflows, support staff, drive new initiatives, and strengthen the integration of medical services within the broader continuum of care. Her leadership is central to advancing compassionate, coordinated care for individuals affected by substance use and co-occurring conditions.
Marcy brings over a decade of experience in healthcare leadership, clinical operations, and evidence-based practice. Before joining Fora Health, she was the Director of Clinical Integration and Evidence-Based Practice at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), where she led system-wide efforts to standardize care delivery and improve clinical outcomes. Earlier in her career, she contributed to public health initiatives in New York, supporting community health centers in expanding behavioral health and chronic disease services through strategic partnerships with state agencies and local organizations.
Marcy holds a Masterโs degree in International Development from the University of Manchester. She is deeply committed to building trauma-informed, patient-centered systems that reduce barriers to care and foster long-term recovery.
