Kelsie Crippen
Director
Kelsie Crippen is an attorney in Holland & Knight’s Portland office who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. Ms. Crippen has experience litigating commercial disputes in federal courts, state courts, and arbitration in a variety of areas, including breach of contract, shareholder and partnership disputes, securities litigation, racketeering and class actions. She also has experience representing individuals, public and private companies and government entities. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Crippen was an attorney at a boutique litigation firm in Portland, where she practiced complex commercial litigation. Prior to that, Ms. Crippen served as a law clerk for the Chief Justice Martha L. Walters of the Oregon Supreme Court.
