Kelly Quackenbush
Quality and Licensing Manager
Kelly Quackenbush is Fora Health’s Quality and Licensing Manager. In this role, she serves as an energetic champion of quality and patient care, elevating patient voice and identifying opportunities to continually improve services. Kelly also ensures program alignment with federal, state, and accreditation standards.
Kelly received a dual BA in Spanish and International Studies from Portland State University, and an MPA from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies. Prior to joining the team at Fora Health, Kelly served as a health extension volunteer in the US Peace Corps and was a program administrator for a residential foster youth program.
