Kayla Carlson

Director of Access and Community Engagement

Kayla Carlson is the Director of Access and Community Engagement at Fora Health, where she focuses on promoting access to care, reducing barriers to services, and supporting the organizationโ€™s admissions and customer service teams. Prior to this role, Kayla served as Foraโ€™s Senior Manager of Clinical Operations for three years. She also worked at Central City Concern as a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Quality Improvement Specialist, where she helped drive system-level improvements in care delivery.

Kayla holds a Master of Public Health from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelorโ€™s degree in Community Health Sciences and Spanish from the University of Nevada, Reno. She is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified and is passionate about creating equitable, person-centered systems that connect individuals to the support.
