Jack Levy

Director

Jack Levy has worked as a lawyer for over 30 years, representing clients in disputes and transactions.ย  His practice focuses in the fields of building and material science, insurance coverage, business disputes, and real estate. Jack loves to learn and teach, and he presents at continuing education programs on these topics.

Outside of work, Jack cherishes the time he can get with his growing family, tending his many house plants, cooking for the fun of it, music festivals, and street art. He currently serves as volunteer counsel for the Portland Street Art Alliance and Club Everyone, Me and U, a nonprofit social group for neurodivergent individuals. Jack has served as a board member and counsel for a nonprofit called The Adaptive Riding Institute, whose mission involves bringing recreational horseback riding opportunities to alter-abled communities. He has also volunteered for legal aid through the Senior Law program and has served on committees through the Oregon State Bar, and the Multnomah County Bar Association.

As an individual in recovery, Jack relates to the journey it can take to achieve and maintain sobriety. He is thrilled to join the Fora Health Board of Directors, to be of service to others on the same path. As a Board member, Jack will be able to braid together his professional and lived experience to ensure quality and compassionate treatment is available in our community!
