Fora Health will be closed on Thursday, November 28th and Friday, November 29th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Services will continued to be provided for the Residential and Withdrawal Management (Detox) patients in our care, however we will not admit to any programs, provide outpatient services, and our lobbies are closed.
Dr. Jennifer Hartley

Interim Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Jennifer Hartley is Interim Chief Medical Officer for Fora Health Treatment & Recovery, having previously spent four years as a Medical Director & Director of Innovation at Fora, in which capacity she developed innovative approaches to meet the challenges posed by fentanyl.ย She received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University, her medical degree from the University of Vermont, her Doctorate in Anthropology from Brown University, and her Masters in Oriental Medicine from the National University for Natural Medicine.ย Dr. Hartley has a background in Family Medicine with particular experience in rural medicine, obstetrics, nutrition and integrative approaches to chronic disease.ย She has worked in a wide variety of settings, including an island off the Maine Coast and remote areas of Central Asia.ย Immediately before joining Fora Health, she completed a fellowship in Addiction Medicine at OHSU.ย โDr. Jennyโ is inspired daily by the kindness of her Fora colleagues and the unique strengths & stories of the patients for whom she cares.
