Andrew Lange has served as Facilities Director at Fora for over a decade, bringing more than 20 years of dedicated service to the organization since first joining as a Facilities Manager in January 2005. Known for his practical, team-focused leadership style, Andrew oversees multiple departments including Maintenance, Janitorial, Laundry/Belongings, and Kitchen Services. His role centers on ensuring the facility runs smoothly and efficiently, balancing resources while prioritizing staff satisfaction and operational excellence.
