Ally Linfoot, PSS,ย serves as the Director of Peer services at Fora Health where she is building the structures and processes that support the delivery of high-quality peer services, with an emphasis on creating sustainable and replicable program models. A primary focus of her work is the development of Fora Home, a peer-led transitional housing program. These peer service models will also inform the development of the Fora Recovery Center in Clackamas, scheduled to open in 2028.
Ally is a peer leader and mental health and addiction recovery advocate with nearly 30 years of experience advancing peer support services at the county, state, and national levels. Her work has focused on the development, expansion, and sustainability of peer-led programs that center lived experience as a core component of care.
Ally identifies as a cisgender woman in recovery from government employment in behavioral health services. As a person with her own mental health adventures, a mother of four grown children, and someone who has raised a child with mental health and substance use challenges, Ally is deeply committed to creating peer support that is accessible, effective, and grounded in real-world experience, especially for people whose needs are often overlooked. She believes everyone deserves access to hope.
Outside of her work, Ally finds peace in the woods and on the water, often accompanied by her two beloved fur babies
