De Paul / Fora Health’s new treatment facility designed by Holst Architecture was recently honored with the 2019 Design Excellence Award from the Portland Design Commission. The award recognizes a project that exemplifies good design, as well as context, public realm, and quality and resilience. Fora Health will be closed on Monday, February 16th in observance of the Presidents Day holiday. Services will continue to be provided for the Residential and Withdrawal Management (Detox) patients in our care, however we will not admit to any programs, provide outpatient services, and our lobbies are closed.
In addition as of Friday, February 13th, we have made the difficult decision to permanently close our Hillsboro location. All services previously offered at our Hillsboro location will continue to be available at our Cherry Blossom location.
