Fora Health’s 2024 Annual Meeting

Fora Health was thrilled to host our annual meeting to share the exciting work we’ve been doing and honor the exceptional accomplishments of our community partners. Thank you to everyone who came!
Highlights from this year:
  • We celebrate 50 years of exceptional treatment services in the community!
  • Meeting or exceeding regional benchmarks in 6 of 8 CareOregon quality metrics for all programs.
  • We received 15 new articles and mentions about Foraโ€™s work in the community.
  • Our Second Annual Lets Discuss Speaker series featured topics on mental well-being and innovations in treatment with over 600 unique participants and 30% of them receiving CEUs.
  • Through our Lewis & Clark art therapy intern program, we held our first patient art show this year!
Community Partner Awards:

Donor of the Year: Diane & Richard Van Grunsven. The Van Grunsvens have been long-time supporters of treatment in our community and De Paul/Fora Health. They have inspired generosity at events, and supported initiatives that translated directly to saving lives! In particular, we are so grateful for their significant and generous support to help Fora Health build our facility!

Donor of the Year: Trillium Community Health Plan. This year, we have been able to start an amazing life-changing program at Fora Health through Trillium Community Health Plansโ€™ Community Benefits Initiative. These strategic investments are rooted in Trilliumโ€™s commitment to improve health outcomes and address fundamental social factors impacting health, such as stable housing, food security, social support, and educational opportunities.

Community Partner of the Year: Washington County Oregon/Kathy Prenevost. Washington County as a whole has been so supportive of our Hillsboro office โ€“ creating partnerships and providing funding to support our work. Kathy has been a big advocate for Fora Health and started the conversations and continued to cheerlead endeavors to get 3.7 covered by Open Card, Indigent funding for DUII services and supported our efforts to get bi-lingual staff.
Community Partner of the Year: Transcending Hope. Fora Health. We are excited to announce that we working collaboratively to create a Fora Health Sober Living House with Transcending Hope! We know this will support patients in the early days of their recovery journey, alleviate anxiety and provide a smooth transition. We canโ€™t wait!
