Annual Meeting 2025

We had a great annual meeting to kick off our 2026 fiscal year!

We are so grateful for our fellow care organizations, colleagues, board members, and elected officials who joined us in celebrating our recently accomplishments and to acknowledge the incredible work of our community partners.

Fora Health is incredibly proud of the work done at our Hillsboro and Cherry Blossom locations. This kind of radical kindness and transformational treatment would not be possible without the collaboration and support of community partners.

ย Isse Pharmacy Services – Medicationsย play a crucial role in our programs at Fora, especially in our Withdrawal Management and Inpatient Residential services. However, they can also be challenging to manage effectively. It’s a significant responsibility for our staff and patients to place their trust in us. When we were seeking a new partner to assist us with medication challenges, Jared Isse and his team approached us with warm and genuine energy. Through their collaboration and exceptional problem-solving, they have significantly reduced the obstacles we faced, enabling us to become the first Withdrawal Management program in Oregon to offer long-acting injectable Buprenorphine to patients before they leave, marking a significant achievement. Our heartfelt thanks to Isse Pharmacy for their invaluable help in making the life-saving work at Fora Health possible.

Dr. Jim Thayer – Dr. Jim Thayer is an incredibly skilled and compassionate physician. Both our current and former Chief Medical Officers – Dr Jessica Gregg and Dr. Jenifer Hartley shared how your compassion not only inspired them in their careers, but has rippled throughout Fora Healthโ€™s treatment care. He has been volunteering with Fora for the past year, helping to admit patients to the Withdrawal Management program. Not only does Dr. Thayer bring a wealth of knowledge and experience, but he models radical kindness in a way that is invaluable. Thank you, Dr. Thayer for all you do!

Jay Minor – We want to acknowledge the incredible contributions of Jay Minor – who steps off our board of directors this year. Jay joined our board of directors 21 years ago and served as the chairman on three separate occasions. He is a passionate advocate for people in recovery and a steadfast member of the team! He guided Fora Health through many foundational initiatives. We are so grateful for his leadership. In recognition of his dedication, we will honor his namesake by presenting the Jay Minor Spirit of Recovery Award at our Hope and Freedom Gala! This award will be given to a member of the community who has given back in a meaningful way and helped increase access to treatment services!

Thank you for your incredible partnership, Jay.
