2025 Freedom Award Winner – Anthony Jordan

We are thrilled to announce that this year’s Freedom Award winner is Anthony Jordan!

He’s currently the Interim Behavioral Health Director at the Multnomah County Health Department, but Anthony has embodied the magic of recovery for over 30 years with exceptional, transformative service in the field of addiction and personal sobriety.

Anthony has witnessed many choose the road to recovery and sees a glimmer of hope even in the worst circumstances.

2025 Spirit of Recovery Winner – Shannon Jones Isadore

Shannon Jones Isadore has dedicated her life to public safety and the values that unite us as Oregonians.

A trusted and valued voice in advocacy and women’s leadership, the founder of the innovative Oregon Change Clinic, and a leader in culturally centered healing, Shannon exemplifies everything the Spirit of Recovery award represents.

Shannon recognizes that we cannot escape the impact of addiction. But with innovative, trauma-informed care, we can charge through it, move around it, and rise above it.
